Ray Douglas is Industry Director, Government on Johnson Controls’ (JCI) Global Lifecycle Solutions team, where he helps government customers improve building performance and mission readiness through lifecycle strategies spanning modernization, service delivery, and long-term asset planning. He is a Fortune 300 business leader with deep experience across general management, P&L ownership, sales operations, and go-to-market strategy in government, commercial, and manufacturing distribution. Over a 30+ year career—including three decades at Grainger—Ray designed and launched high-impact services such as onsite inventory management, same-day delivery, and military base store programs, driving significant revenue growth and customer outcomes. He holds an MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.

Cliff Majersik is IMT’s Senior Advisor. Under his guidance as executive director from 2009–2019, IMT became a trailblazer in the energy efficiency field, recognized across the globe for accelerating investment in energy-efficient buildings through hands-on guidance, technical and market research, policy and program development, and promotion of best practices. A respected industry leader, Cliff frequently speaks to real estate, government, and energy service providers, often serving as a keynote speaker.
About Jason
Jason Richwine is the Chiller Regional Sales Manager for Johnson Controls’ North Region in North America. He began his career in 1999 as a consulting engineer outside of Pittsburgh designing air systems primarily for hospitals, laboratories, and high-tech buildings. He came to Johnson Controls at the end of 2003 and has had a variety of roles in the air-handling and chiller businesses from application engineering to sales education to sales manager. In all of his roles Jason’s focus has been to serve the needs of the owners, operators, and occupants of the equipment, systems, and buildings he’s influencing.
